Growth Process Mental Health Counseling, PLLC
Growth Process Mental Health Counseling provides telehealth therapy for adults in New York who are looking for practical, compassionate, and evidence-based support. Our clinicians help clients better understand patterns that keep them stuck while building concrete skills for meaningful change.
We support adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, postpartum depression, men’s issues, identity concerns, and major life transitions. Our practice offers active, collaborative therapy that helps clients draw on their strengths, values, culture, faith, and identity as part of the healing process.
I have over 14 years of experience helping adults with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, parenting challenges, and postpartum depression. I specialize in working with men whose marriages are in crisis. If you are facing emotional distance, trust issues, infidelity, or uncertainty about the future of your relationship, I can help you take immediate steps toward rebuilding communication, trust, and intimacy.
My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you move from feeling stuck or desperate to having a clearer plan for repairing your relationship. If I am not in network with your insurance, please reach out to discuss private-pay options.

I help adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, substance use concerns, relationship stress, or major life transitions. My approach is active, collaborative, and practical. I blend CBT, including ERP, and ACT to help clients better understand what keeps them stuck, build concrete coping skills, and move toward choices that reflect their values. I also help clients draw on their culture, faith, values, and identity as sources of strength and direction. I have a strong focus on helping men navigate relationships, identity, life transitions, and emotional growth, including gay and LGBTQ+ men.
